Columns Shipping

Column orders generally ship in 3 days.

Depending on the scope of your project, we can ship your order within three business days. Most deliveries will arrive either loose or palletized and will be delivered via a commercial flatbed truck or tractor trailer. If palletized, cut the straps in the truck, remove shrink wrap and remove the columns one at a time. The drivers responsibility is to get the columns to the back of the truck and it is the customers responsibility to unload them from that point on. For tractor trailer deliveries, the freight line will call the day of delivery to make an appointment. 8" x 8' Columns or smaller can be shipped UPS Ground depending on quantity ordered. If any sign of damage is visible, please note it on the bill of lading.
