Custom Molds can be made from your profile. Send us 2ea 7" pieces of your Moulding and we will make a custom Tooling that will make any Radius 3 times the profiles width or greater. Mold charges are $50.00 per inch of width. Example...2-1/2" casing would be $125.00. Prices are rounded up in 1/2" increments. 

             Resinart Mould Making Preparations
1.) Find a 14 foot length of the moulding you want to use.
     Use the correct species of wood
     No unusual blemishes in the piece, large knots, splits, etc.
2.) Cut the piece of moulding into two equal pieces
      Mark the cut ends  A & B
3.) Put the following information on each piece
     Company Name and / or  Contact Name
      Address
      City/State/Zip
      Phone Number
      P.O. Number if applicable
4.) Box and ship the two marked pieces of moulding to Resinart.
